Laurel Foster, 176th Force Support Squadron Force Development and Education officer, render honors while Service High School Navy Junior ROTC Cadet Petty Officer 3rd Class Bethany Newlin of the Service High School Color Guard retires the U.S. flag, April 17, 2024, at the school’s Anchorage campus.
