Brad Adams, assigned to the 297th Infantry Battalion’s Headquarters and Headquarters Company and his team ruck march into town after landing in Tuntutuliak, Nov. 13, 2025 to support ongoing recovery operations following Typhoon Halong, Since joining, Adams has already volunteered for state active duty, serving two weeks in multiple Western Alaska communities impacted by Typhoon Halong.
