Corps officials, community leaders and citizens threw a birthday celebration for J. Percy Priest Dam and Reservoir on its 50th Anniversary June 29, 2018 at the dam located in Nashville, Tenn. Local officials talked about the benefits of the dam and reservoir, and recalled the history of the project and how President Lyndon B. Johnson’s vision for a new conservation has come to fruition 50 years later. (USACE video by Lee Roberts)
