The Honorable David L. McGinnis, the acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs, and Dr. Wizdom Powell, White House Fellow, recently conducted a sight visit of Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center and Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex. During the course of the visit they were able to tour facilities and meet with key leaders to observe new technologies and procedures utilized in mobilization training conducted by First Army Division - East training brigades.
