Air Force, Marines Instruct Mongolian Soldiers during Khaan Quest 2018 Riverine Operations

U.S. Air Force pararescuemen and U.S. Marines from Expeditionary Operations Training Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, teach riverine operations and water safety to members of the Mongolian Armed Forces during Khaan Quest 2018 Critical Enabler Capability Enhancement Exercise near Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, June 22. The purpose of Khaan Quest 18 is to gain United Nations training for the participants through the conduct of realistic peace support operations, to include increasing and improving United Nations Peace Keeping Operations interoperability and military relationships among the participating nations. The 25 Mongolian Armed Forces peacekeepers are slated to deploy to the South Sudan where they will be tasked to conduct emergency response via boat operations on the Nile River. Run Time: 04:03.
