U.S. Army Spc. Wenny Vang, human resources specialist assigned to the 147th Human Resources Company, 347th Regional Support Group (RSG) , Minnesota Army National Guard, talks through reception, staging, onward movement, and integration during eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) exercise on Fort Hood, Texas, Aug. 3, 2019. The 347th RSG provided life support operations to 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division at XCTC. Approximately 3,300 Soldiers from Minnesota Army National Guard took part in XCTC training lanes designed to certify platoon proficiency and combat readiness in coordination with the Army Force Generation training model.
