Sailors and Marines Offload EMF From USNS DAHL
Commander Task Force 75
April 15, 2020 | 1:39
NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 15, 2020) U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) Detachment Guam and Marines assigned to Combat Logistics Regiment 3 (CLR 3), work together to offload equipment for construction of an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) from Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR-312). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of DoD’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
