SOUTH CHINA SEA (Sept. 8, 2021) Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Shawn Rosen, from Chicago, stands lookout watch aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Benfold (DDG 65) as the ship transits the South China Sea conducting routine underway operations.
