Caral Spangler, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller, reads a special holiday poem focused on the Army Finance Corps to three children from the U.S. Army Futures Command in Austin, Texas, Nov. 30, 2023. For the last several years, the Office of the ASA (FM&C), the U.S. Army Financial Management Command, and the U.S. Army Finance and Comptroller School partnered together to create a special holiday video for U.S. Army Soldiers, civilian employees and their families.
