The guided missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59), attached to the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group, departs San Diego for a regularly-scheduled deployment. While deployed, the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group will execute global maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts to enhance regional security and stability.
