(with titles) There’s an old saying, “Give a man a fish, you’ll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, you’ll feed him for a lifetime.” In the Callos Barangay in the Nueva Ecija province of the Philippines, that’s exactly what U.S. soldiers and their Philippine counterparts are doing, by helping local villagers repair an ailing school, April 25.
