U.S. Coast Guard Lt. J.g. Juan Acevedo-Perez, executive officer of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Florence Finch (WPC-1157), tells the story of Florence Finch, a Filipino-American Coast Guard SPAR who served during World War II, on October 17, 2024.
