5th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment
May 6, 2025 | 4:07
U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2, a construction engineer technician for 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, discusses unmanned breaching and the future impact it will have on operations during Combined Resolve 25-02 on the Joint Multinational Readiness Center, Hohenfels Training Area, Hohenfels, Germany, May 6, 2025. Breaching is one of the most casualty producing operations that a unit can conduct and unmanned breaching will drastically decrease this risk to Soldiers. Combined Resolve is part of the Army’s “Transforming in Contact” initiative, which assesses the effectiveness of electronic warfare and counter-unmanned aerial systems, as well as how changes in force structure and current tactics align with emerging technologies.
