After 22 weeks of hard work, 224 Cadets of the Puerto Rico National Guard's Youth Challenge Academy get their High-School diploma. The Puerto Rico National Guard’s Youth ChalleNGe Academy is part of the Guard’s civil mission to help school dropouts between the ages of 16 and 18. Its core components are: academic excellence, life coping skills, job skills, health and hygiene, responsible citizenship, service to the community, leadership and followership, and physical fitness.
