This video discusses the work the Corps of Engineers, New York District, is carrying out to repair and restore previously engineered coastal risk reduction beaches since Hurricane Sandy. These beach restoration projects are increasing coastal storm risk reduction in communities that were hard hit by Sandy and were left even more vulnerable to coastal risks after the storm.
