Staff Sgt. Thomas Lankford, 436th Communication Squadron radio frequency transmission systems apprentice, talks about his experience and information on creating the Little Voice system while deployed to U.S. Air Force Central in early 2023, at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, April 21, 2023. Lankford, along with his team, developed a mass notification system that is compatible with the existing communication network and utilize off-the-shelf equipment, making it widely applicable to all agile combat scenarios in a deployed environment.
