U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters
Oct. 12, 2022 | 1:13
Major Rocky Streif, Vicksburg District deputy commander, talks about the differences between the materials used for Operation Blue Roof and the FEMA Self Help Program. Operation Blue Roof and the FEMA Self Help Program, while similar, are two different programs and use different materials.
