U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, learn about the Marine Common Handheld (MCH) device on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe bay, Sept. 18, 2019. The Marine Common Handheld is a tablet device that can be used to improve tactics and visuals for Marines to see landscape and locations on the battlefield. Interviews are with Cpl.
