Adam Dalton, High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) coordinator, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort and Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island, conducts a physical fitness test (PFT) preparation training session at MCAS Beaufort, Feb. 9, 2024.
