Crewmembers from Coast Guard Cutter Elm (WLB-204) host a virtual tour of the buoy tender on July 9, 2020, in Astoria, Oregon. The Elm was commissioned in November 1998 and recently underwent major dry dock repairs in Baltimore, Maryland.
