Poplar Island Construction Zone Fourth of July PSA

Boaters in the Chesapeake Bay are asked to be vigilant and obey buoy warnings while traveling near the Poplar Island Construction Zone. This zone is marked by over 60 cautionary buoys, warning boaters of the very real danger that they may hit submerged rocks if they enter the construction zone.
