U.S. Marines with 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force, conduct mechanical advantage control holds with Mongolian Armed Forces soldiers and Mongolian National Police during the Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar (NOLES) 2016 at the Five Hills Training Area, Mongolia, Sept. 16, 2016. Mongolian police and soldiers went through levels one through five of the mechanical advantage control holds training, executing the moves on each other. U.S. Marine Cpl. Ezequiel Silva, military police Marine with 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force, provides remarks about the training.
