Service members attend the second Okinawan Kenpo and Kobudo International Seminar at a dojo in Ginowan, Okinawa, Japan, October 29, 2016. The seminar was being held over a two-day period, October 29-30, 2016, and allowed senseis from around the world to teach and train interested locals and service members on Okinawa, the birthplace and "Mecca" of karate. Members from the U.S. Navy, Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps, including contractors and veterans, attended the seminar.
