DEDEDO, Guam (April 14, 2020) Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, compacts fill to create a level foundation at the site of the Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) being built onboard Naval Base Guam April 14, 2020. The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of COVID-19 response for the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) and preparations for Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) in Guam.
