An overview with some of the leaders of units involved with Strident Tracer 16. An annual cumulative exercise that incorporates multinational components to better each other and build positive working relationships. This is the second year Maine Army National Guard units have participated. Includes soundbites from Col. Michel Morin, 37 Canadian Brigade Group commander, Capt. Brian McClellan, 251st Combat Engineer (Sapper) Co. commander, 1st Lt. Rob Rose, 126th Aviation Regiment Air Medical Evacuation officer, and 1st Lt.
