Marines from 2nd Platoon, Bravo Battery, 3d LAAD Bn (3d Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion), Marine Air Control Group 38, (MACG-38), 3d Marine Aircraft Wing (3d MAW), conduct setting up a Entry Control Point, Listening Post Observation Post (LPOP) on Camp Red Devil, Fort Carson, CO., Mar. 03, 2016. in support of 3d LAAD Bn., Deployment for Training (DFT). 3d LAAD Bn. does both ground base air defense, and ground security of aviation sights. This DFT is to accomplish both roles in 3d LAAD Bn. mission in a single training sight. (RELEASED/ U.S. Marine Corps motion imagery by Cpl. Danial Ghaffari).
