Mine Counter Measure Ships homeported at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo Japan required the technical skills of our U.S. Navy Divers to inspect underwater systems used to analyze ship magnetic signatures. These FACDAR systems, submerged more than 45 feet below the water's surface, are critical for degaussing adjustments to be made.
