Justin O’Brien, 88th Security Forces Squadron, discusses his idea for the liquid cooled plate carrier, or LCPC, and how he hopes the vest will ultimately benefit Airmen, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Jan. 10, 2022.
