DILI, Timor-Leste (Aug. 5, 2016) - U.S. Navy Lt. Michael Krestos, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, explains how Seabees from NMCB 4, Sailors from Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 5, Coastal Riverine Group (CRG) 1, and U.S. Marines from the Fleet Anti-terrorism Security Team Pacific, have been working with their Forsa Defesa Timor-Leste counterparts throughout the weeklong Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training CARAT Timor-Leste 2016.
