The World Sleep Day graphic, crafted for social media impact (Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter)), aims to heighten awareness about the significance of restful slumber. This visually captivating piece was ingeniously designed using Adobe Illustrator and animated through Adobe After Effects. By repurposing a licensed Shutterstock image, the graphic features whimsical elements – the sheep gently nodding in a familiar 'counting sheep' fashion, clouds seamlessly swaying to lull viewers into tranquility, and a moving moon, subtly conveying the passage of time. A blend of creativity and technology encourages all to embrace the art of better sleep.
