Contingency Operating Base Basrah's Provincial ReconstructionTeam hosted a Basrawi Woman's Bazaar last week. The event is part of ongoing efforts to increase economic stability in Southern Iraq. Local artisans and business women offered hand made traditional and regional gifts. Iraqi businesswomen enjoyed a heavy turnout with a steady stream of customers. There are sound bites from Layla Daniel, Provincial Reconstruction Team Women's Initiative Coordinator, Army Staff Sgt. Jon Marshall.
