An aircrew from Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City, Mich., rescued a 55-year-old man after he was reported overdue from a hiking excursion in Porcupine Mountains State Park, Nov. 2, 2014.

The aircrew found the man quickly using forward looking infrared, aided by the man waving a flashlight and a fire he had built.
