Ryan Moldovan, the 2016 Drill Sergeant of the Year from the 98th Training Division (Initial Entry Training), who is now a Drill Sergeant Leader at the U.S. Army Drill Sergeant Academy at Fort Jackson. He explains what it takes, how it helps the active duty drill sergeants and why it matters to the Army.
