Military members from Joint Base Cape Cod and the Otis Civilian Advisory Council observed Memorial Day in a ceremony held at Otis Memorial Park, Joint Base Cape Cod, Massachusetts on May 23, 2019.
The ceremony honored Frances Fortune Grimes, a member of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) program assigned to Otis Airfield, who was killed when her aircraft crashed on March 27, 1944.
